Patrick Bamford Signs With Sheffield United After Initiating Abusive Chants About Manager Chris Wilder

The striker has signed with the Championship side just seven months following instigating insulting taunts aimed at the team's coach, Wilder.

The 32-year-old striker, without a club since leaving Leeds, has agreed to a agreement joining the second-tier club in difficulty through the winter. Bamford's lengthy time with Leeds was ended through agreement in August.

Back in my playing days we would give it and accept it and that is part and parcel of football across all levels, even on Sunday league. I've got absolutely no issue. I'm fine with the situation and I said that to Pat.”

The forward made 18 games for Leeds last season however the ex- Nottingham Forest, Chelsea & Middlesbrough striker has struggled with injury over the past few seasons.
